Tracks in Development

  • Track 1: Pastors, Preachers & Teachers

The curriculum will meet the needs of global pastors and preachers (many in rural contexts), offering encouragement, instruction on practical and biblical topics and tips and guidance. Many resources may be printed for dissemination.

  • Track 2: Counseling, Caregiving, Compassionate Healing

This track will bring healing with bible-based education that brings awareness of their identity in Christ and self-care practices they can apply at their own pace (opportunities for support groups and counseling).

  • Track 3: Applied Biblical Theology for Everyone

Hybrid and online, interactive experience empowering the Priesthood of all Believers to engage with the rich teaching of God’s word in deeper and more meaningful ways, being guided to understand and apply the learning in each module.

  • Track 4: Bright Minds Program - Teens & Parents

Provides spiritual, social, emotional and cognitive development with relevant and practical applications to prepare teens (and parents) for successful futures. It will instill purpose, wisdom, discernment, stronger character, stewardship and relational skills.

And the needs they meet…

  • Pastoral Ceilings

    • Globally there are an estimated 3–5 million pastors

    • 80%+ (2.5–4 million) are outside the U.S.

    • 60–70% (1.8–3.5 million) have no formal theological training

    • Doctrinal issues abound throughout the globe

    • Many face burnout and lack support and discipleship

Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage – with great patience and careful instruction.

    2 Timothy 4:2

  • Trauma & Generational Cycles

    • 1 in 3 women worldwide experience physical or sexual violence

    • 5+ women/girls are killed hourly by family

    • 244M children/yr are exposed to violence, driving intergenerational trauma

    • Survivors experience PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicide risk and other mental health issues

    • Children experience impaired development & have 2–3x higher risk of future violence cycles

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

    Galatians 6:2

  • Theological Drift, Limited Spiritual Practice & Sharing Faith

    • Only half of practicing Christians have heard of the Great Commission

    • Only 19% of self-identified Christians possess a biblical worldview

    • Only 18% are “Scripture Engaged” (consistent reading, moral impact, decisions rooted in Scripture)

    • Many Christians lack clarity, tools or confidence to articulate what they believe

    • High disengagement + low biblical worldview = theological drift & inconsistent walk

Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.

    James 1:23-24

  • EQ Deficit, Attention Crisis & Critical Thinking Gap

    • 70% of college professors say students struggle to evaluate sources critically.

    • 50% of U.S. teens spend 4+ hours/day on screens (not counting schoolwork) and toggle between apps every 44 seconds, indicating fragmented attention driven by tech.

    • 39% of 15‑year‑olds have no clear sense of future direction or purpose.

    • ~40% of young adults deconstruct their faith.

    • Excessive screen use correlates with EQ deficits, bullying, conflict, poor communication, short attention spans, and lower academic engagement.

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
